Cravings can be satisfied during this time, and this is definitely something different from the common weight loss program out there. And according to the program, this is actually a good thing as it helps confuse your metabolism, so it doesn't get too used to your dieting!

The Bad – What I don't really like is the promise from Fat Loss 4 Idiots that you will lose 9 pounds every 11 days of use. Well, every person is different and I'm sure the rate of weight loss would vary too. Sure, some people do lose 9 pounds every 11 days, others do even better. But most people lose an average of around 6 pounds in every 11-day cycle. This is still an amazing weight loss rate though, I have to agree.
